Loading ...all form is a function of a need and the aesthetic quality of a piece, while keeping to some pretty basic cognitive rules of perception. ok… here i will have to admit i was a psychology major, who almost went for his PhD in drug research… then well… decided to do what i do with design these days… but i am amazed every day that these “rules” seem to “ring true” to the soul/theme of any particular piece of design. I really wannah get into this more, and you will see where I am going with this when i get back to compiling design snips for a compendium of basic design principles - will say it is like going back to school, just slowly compiling from the most basic concepts, to the more complex… its been extremely educational and a blast to explore these concepts… kindah pathetic, but it is my music, my kid, and my conscious life because I love it and think it is really keen… (heh)
oh, and here i gottah also say that no designer should design only in one medium - it limits the exposure to thinking about the use of things that usually don’t go together in ways that nobody else may have thought of, and make it work for any particular project/task/design.
now you are like: “What-EVER!” - but i live design… and have VERY opinionated opinions - question is: can you take the time to consider the possibilities that could be endless?

Ok… Back in the Saddle…

Just got a FIREBOX for getting studio quality STEREO DIGITAL inputs for my omnidirectional mikes… (gonnah even be able to a psudo-sound-proofed recording space) now i just need to get some spit screens and there are 3 ideas for the creation of new podcasts, and working on refining them to make them both legal and possible… all with ads for MA… and the start of the “MINDACTIVE” part of MA. We need to think of what makes us “MA” in a positive PR standpoint… need to bang the drum for the big guys.
