This is a great application for detail views of high-res imagery. I can see an application for this as this in medical and PHARMA tradeshows and exhibits, as well as shows that need people to linger in a tradeshow booth by captivating users and engaging them to manipulate images on their own.
Sony Flexible Full Color Video Screen at CES

These were showcased at the last CES in Las Vegas, this technology is getting bigger and bigger, the last time I saw them they were 22 inch screens and should hit the market this year 2008. I would see application for these on poles, in very dynamic signage opportunities and installations. Check out this video.

Check this cool gadget out. A way to charge your electronic devices with no wires. Read the article on Philips website. I have seen 3 or 4 more of these out in the market over the past year, I am sure Best Buy will have them soon enough.
