BMW just unveiled the BMW i3 Concept and BMW i8 Electric Concept cars! BMW i stands for visionary vehicles and mobility services, inspiring design and a new understanding of premium that is strongly defined by sustainability. With BMW i the BMW Group is adopting an all-embracing approach, redefining the understanding of personal mobility with purpose-built vehicle concepts, a focus on sustainability throughout the value chain and a range of complementary mobility services.
A robot that flies like a bird

Plenty of robots can fly — but none can fly like a real bird. That is, until Markus Fischer and his team at Festo built SmartBird, a large, lightweight robot, modeled on a seagull, that flies by flapping its wings. A soaring demo fresh from TEDGlobal 2011.

Yes, this one goes through time and the twist at the end is awesome. Slick, and definately not expected from an auto ad. Must say, they did well this year… less of the same-ol-same-ol driving ads.

This ad has been trending on YouTube, so you probably saw it already… unless you live in a cave without a TV or internet connection. Thought this one was worth sharing, because it is nice yo see a simple low-cost ad can still make you smile. It is definately a cute ad.
I am currently going thru the 2011 ads, and as the good one surface, I will be sure to share and comment. This one is really low budget, but the way it is put together is awesome. Enjoy!
Interesting Green Promo

An old friend shared me this one on Facebook, and thought it was an interesting piece of “green advertising.” Always been drawn to, and thought provoking design that can actually change the world… and I thought I should say that I am interested in knowing how this would be deemed to work successfully – financially – actively. But definately like this theme and green feel for the whole look and feel – liked it enough to post it here for your review.
